Description of operation of iron remover:

1. If the user uses the equipment for the first time, relevant installation and commissioning work shall be done well;

2. The operator has a certain understanding of the equipment composition and relevant operation instructions;

3. Before starting the machine in each shift, the operator must open the observation cover and check whether there are large iron parts that cannot be discharged on the separator (especially the tapping hole). If there is, it must be cleared before starting;

4. In case of machine failure or abnormal conditions, and the production line is inconvenient to stop temporarily, the power supply of the machine can be turned off, and the operator can take out the miscellaneous iron from the observation port, and the production line can continue to work. But at the same time, it should be checked and repaired with professional personnel in time, and non professional personnel are not allowed to open the cover without authorization, so as to avoid damage to the parts. Oil resistant sealant must be applied to seal each time before closing the cover.

5. Dust on the reduction motor should be removed every shift;

6. Add calcium base grease to the oil injection hole of the reducer motor and the chain at the machine side once every half a year;

7. Replace the lubricating oil in the oil tank at the bottom of the chassis once a year. If the material temperature is higher than 100 ℃, shorten the oil change time.
